We all carry stories shaped by love, loss, survival, and resilience. As a future therapist, I believe in the power of narrative therapy to help people reauthor their lives, especially those whose stories have been defined by trauma, caregiving, and generational hardship.

With over a decade of experience working with both children and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as children with Down syndrome, I understand the emotional toll caregiving can take, whether it's caring for a child with special needs or an aging parent with dementia or Alzheimer’s. My goal is to create a safe, brave, and compassionate space where individuals experiencing caregiver burnout or emotional fatigue can reconnect with their own needs and rewrite their narrative into one of strength and clarity.

I am passionate about supporting women and children from marginalized communities, who often have their stories dismissed or remain unheard. Through the lens of narrative therapy, I aim to help clients reclaim their voice, heal from trauma, and rebuild their sense of identity.
Together, we’ll explore your lived experiences, challenge old beliefs, and find meaning in both the pain and the growth.

I'm looking forward to working with you.
