It's common to struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, and meaning-making, but learning how to navigate those issues is so tricky. As a trauma-informed counselor, I understand that moving into alignment with what we want isn't easy and it's a learned skill to turn toward it anyway. My aim is to be an ally in the face of challenges with repetitive cycles. I know from personal experience that accessibility to mental health can feel like it's only for people with money. Taking Medicaid is a huge value of mine because support should be available for everyone.

I care deeply about tailoring my style to the person I am sitting across from. I do have previous experience working with addiction issues, including process addiction, women's issues, adolescents, relationships, depression, trauma, and anxiety. Teaching mediation is something I also do, so I am happy to share those skills.

I am committed to creating a safe, authentic counseling relationship built on trust, knowing that being a witness to someone’s story is earned, not assumed. Sharing our stories is powerful, and I would be honored to work alongside you. My hope is that I can help you identify your goals for treatment and be a gentle yet assertive guide.
