Hi, I’m Cindy, a trauma informed counselor. My passion lies in helping people navigate the challenges that come with anxiety, PTSD, and trauma, and I truly believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow. I approach therapy with a blend of compassion, understanding, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I work with clients to uncover unconscious patterns, increase emotional regulation through mindfulness techniques, and help uncover client strengths.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, which means I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel truly heard and understood. I recognize that trauma affects each person in different ways, and I work alongside my clients to help them heal at their own pace, using techniques that are gentle, but effective.
