Deep healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, feel deeply understood, and begin to move toward greater self-connection. I am someone who offers a compassionate and nurturing space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is relational, experiential, and body-aware. I draw from person-centered therapy, ecotherapy, attachment theory, and somatic awareness. As well as the acknowledgement of our inherent inter-connectivity with all life - and intergenerational trauma healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the healing arts as a therapeutic voice coach. This work continues to shape my approach to therapy, and I have a special interest in supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, creativity, and authentic expression. I often work with those exploring their voice—both literally and metaphorically—as part of the healing process. Many of us learn to quiet parts of ourselves in order to get through life. Therapy can be a space where you gently reconnect with your authentic voice—emotionally, relationally, and sometimes even physically.
I’m especially inspired by Applied Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which emphasizes deep attunement and the healing power of secure relationships.
I work with LGBTQ+ communities, and I strive to practice through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. I bring my own personal experience of intersectionality and cultural diversity, as well as a humble heart, to my therapeutic presence.
