CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to find and honor their authentic selves. I take a strengths perspective and a client-centered approach to help individuals gain confidence and strengthen their relationship with themselves to live their most authentic selves.
As individuals, there are many pieces of our puzzles, and being able to see all at once to make a complete picture is the intention behind my work. Working with LGBTQ+ folks is my passion and a way to strengthen the community. In practice, I use mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and self-compassion interventions and modalities to help individuals with processing and growth.
I have experience working with those struggling with grief, gender identity, sexuality, neurodivergence, and additional trauma processing.
