CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
When people are struggling with emotions, patterns, or relationships, it doesn’t usually mean something is wrong with them. More often, it means they learned ways of coping that made sense at one point, but no longer feel aligned with who they want to be. I see symptoms as meaningful signals that can help us better understand ourselves, our experiences, and the contexts that shaped us.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s at the core of your struggles, notice patterns or self-criticism that may be getting in the way, and clarify what matters most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we get curious together about what’s been shaping your experience and where you want to go from here.
I take time to understand you as a whole person, not just the challenges that bring you to therapy. I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I’m especially interested in working with people who want to explore how their identity and experiences are shaping who they are today. I offer a free consultation where you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and learn more about how therapy might be helpful.
