Relationships with others—be they romantic partners, friends, coworkers, or family members—are where many of us find ourselves feeling most fulfilled, but these relationships are often where we experience the most conflict in our lives. As human beings, we are deeply connected to those around us, and thus we are also deeply affected by those relationships. I’m very interested in the dynamics that play out in the various relationships we hold in our lives: how they affect us and our mental health, as well as the patterns we display across relationships. Together, we can explore the adaptations that have caused conflict in those relationships and celebrate the ones that have brought you closer to others.

In the work we do together, I strive to provide a safe and grounded environment where we can work through some of the chronic challenges that may have held you back from enjoying life to the fullest. I believe we all have the capacity to grow as individuals and in relation to others, so we can become our best selves.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re continuing your work on self-discovery, I believe choosing the right therapist can be an intimidating process. I strive to make that process as smooth as possible and encourage you to reach out for a consultation if that would be helpful. I’m looking forward to meeting you and to the meaningful work we have ahead of us.
